Terms and conditions apply: 

1. I agree to reimburse the club if we cancel any activities marked as ‘pre-paid’. 
2. I understand I may need to pay my own family’s entrance fee if I arrive at an event later than 30 minutes after the arranged meeting time.
3. I agree to notify SFC when an activity needs to be cancelled either prior to or on the day of the event by email to admin@specialfriendsclub.org.uk and not via Facebook.
4. I accept the rules and responsibilities of being a member of Special Friends Club as laid out in the membership Policy on www.specialfriendsclub.org.uk
5. Families have to tick the terms and conditions box in order for bookings to be accepted and registered.
